Due to continued demand for our award winning recruitment services Seeker is currently looking to expand the recruiter team.

As a consultant at seeker you will have access to the very latest technology to help you deliver against your client requirements and access to one of the UK's largest privately held databases of Technology sales professional.

As a consultant you will attend at least one external training course a month covering areas such as SPIN Selling, Advanced Headhunting , Advanced Resourcing and many other areas that will help empower you to give your clients a 1st class recruitment service. We are currently recruiting for. 2 x Experienced Sales Recruiters. You will have a proven track record of billings and ideally experience in Software/ IT Sales recruitment. We are looking for excellent communication skills and a professional approach.

We strive to provide the best service possible for clients and candidates so need someone who is happy to make the bad calls as well as the good ones. 1 x Graduate Trainee Recruiter. We are looking for a graduate to join our experienced team of recruiters to learn the ancient art of recruitment. If you can bring Intelligence, Confidence and determination then we can do the rest. We will have you working alongside some of the best head-hunters in the market and will provide the ongoing training and development needed to train you up to a fully qualified consultant. 1 x Graduate Marketing Executive. We are always looking to expand our client base and are looking for an ambitious graduate to turn our marketing intelligence into email shots, sales campaigns and hot leads. You will also be responsible for our web marketing activities and developing new marketing initiatives to attract both clients and candidates. You must be up for the challenge as you will be given a huge amount of responsibility for a graduate position and massive potential to grow within this role that reports directly to our Managing Director.
