Hire Revenue for 2012

Seeker would like to wish all our clients and candidates a happy 2012.

Going into 2012 we are getting a great reaction from the market that would suggest that the software market is going to be in much better shape this year after what has been a testing 18-24 months. Already this year we have noticed and aggressive spike not only in new assignments but also a marked increase in the diversity and positivity of the projects we are working on.

Signs of improving markets

Our large tier 1 Software vendor clients are working with us on building new sales teams and growing existing teams, taking an aggressive view on growing revenue and customer acquisition over the next two years.

Mid Market Vendors are knocking on our door again. We have found over the last 18 months that the bulk of business we have done with our mid market clients has been for replacement heads however now a lot of our mid size software clients are again looking to expand their sales organisations and we are putting together hiring schedules with them to deliver growth both in team size and revenue through 2012.

US Start ups. We have already been approached by several US Software companies and VC's about establishing European sales teams for existing stateside software business which again backs the positive mood in the market.
